The positive results from all our staff (and me) from having moved to a new location that has a better work environment.

Witnessing what librarians can do when given the opportunity (time and meeting place) dedicated toward accomplishing something that means a lot to them. When provided a safe space, supervisor support, and a group of like-minded (in terms of professional drive) individuals, they can accomplish anything. Not only that, but they accomplish it with joy.
