I really loved the yes...if. As a young professional, I have a hard time saying no to any opportunity because I think that looks bad. But then I find myself getting overwhelmed with the amount of work I have. Learning to say no or saying yes with an alternative action plan or different support, is a great piece of advice!About 5 years ago
